The LAIA GT and GTX Confort Thermal Units are supplied in two packages. The first, palletized and protected, contains the boiler, burner, and circulator. The second contains the burner soundproofing cover and accessories. Installation requires compliance with current regulations, including proper chimney sizing. It is recommended to install an omnipolar disconnection device. For installation, ensure the boiler is level and has adequate clearance for maintenance. Connect heating and heating system components according to figures. The circulator should be installed in the flow pipe. Safety elements must be installed as per the corresponding diagram. Perform a leak test. The door opening direction can be changed. Check the burner and ensure no combustion gas leaks. For first-time startup, connect to electricity and verify control panel status. Purge air from the installation and emitters, and check for leaks. Verify boiler and installation parameters. Test the safety thermostat for proper operation. The first start-up occurs 6 minutes after turning on the main switch, with subsequent start-ups being practically instantaneous. Check circulator operation and unlock if necessary. Verify burner operation and ensure no combustion gas leaks. Ensure emitters reach adequate temperature. During heating demand, the radiator symbol flashes, the burner operates until the set temperature is reached, and the circulator runs when the boiler temperature is above the minimum programmed value. When heating demand ceases, the radiator symbol is fixed, the burner stops, and the circulator continues until the boiler temperature reaches the minimum or two minutes have passed. Modifications to cables and connections, except for power supply and room thermostat, should be performed by authorized technical service. Use approved H05 V2V2-F 3Gx0.75 hose for electrical connection. Recommended water characteristics: pH between 7.5 and 8.5, hardness between 8 and 12 French degrees. If water needs to be added, wait for the generator to cool down.
