The manufacturer provides a warranty for this product, with details typically found in the manual or on the warranty card.
Preparation: Sort laundry by fabric type, color, and soiling level. Prepare items by removing metal parts, checking pockets, and fastening zippers. For energy saving, use the highest capacity allowed by the program, follow detergent instructions, wash soiled items at low temperatures, and use faster programs for small loads. Before initial use, run a drum cleaning program. Ensure correct load capacity to avoid performance issues and noise. Load laundry loosely into the drum and close the door securely. Add appropriate detergent and softener to the correct compartments of the detergent drawer.
Operation: Select the desired program using the Program Selection knob. Adjust temperature and spin speed as needed. Press the Start/Pause button to begin the cycle. Auxiliary functions like Prewash, Quick Wash, and Delayed Start can be selected before starting. Child lock can be activated to prevent tampering. Monitor the program progress via the indicator lights. During the cycle, you can change settings or add/remove laundry (if the door lock allows). To cancel a program, turn the knob to select another. The machine has a Standby Mode for energy saving.
| Problem | Possible Causes and Solutions |
|---|---|
| Program does not start after closing the door. | Start / Pause / Cancel button was not pressed. Press the Start / Pause / Cancel button. |
| Program cannot be started or selected. | Machine switched to self-protection mode due to supply issue (voltage, water pressure, etc.). To cancel, turn the Program Selection knob to select another program. |
| Water in the machine. | Some water may remain due to quality control processes; this is not a failure and is harmless. |
| Machine vibrates or makes noise. | Machine is unbalanced (adjust feet). Solid substance in pump filter (clean filter). Transportation safety bolts not removed (remove them). Laundry quantity too little (add more). Machine overloaded (remove some laundry or distribute load). Machine leaning on a rigid item (ensure it's not). |
| Machine stopped shortly after the program started. | Machine stopped temporarily due to low voltage. It will resume when voltage is normal. |
| Program time does not countdown (models with display). | Timer may stop during water intake (waits for adequate water). Timer may stop during heating (waits for selected temperature). Timer may stop during spinning (automatic unbalanced load detection). Machine does not spin if laundry is unevenly distributed to prevent damage. Rearrange and re-spin laundry. |
| Foam is overflowing from the detergent drawer. | Too much detergent used. Mix 1 tbsp softener and ½ L water and pour into main wash compartment. Use detergent suitable for program and load. Reduce detergent when using additional chemicals. |
| Laundry remains wet at the end of the program. | Excessive foam activated automatic foam absorption. Use recommended detergent amount. Machine does not spin if laundry is unevenly distributed. Rearrange and re-spin laundry. |
