Screen keeps switching on and off (PC mode) Check cable connection between product and PC. Ensure connectors are locked.
Blank spaces on all four sides of the screen (HDMI or HDMI-DVI) These are not product defects. Adjust screen size in HDMI or DVI settings for the graphics card, or update the graphics card driver.
Power LED is off. Screen will not switch on. Check that the power cable is connected properly.
'Check the cable connection and the settings of the source device.' message appears. Check that the cable is properly connected to the product.
'Not Optimum Mode' is displayed. Signal exceeds maximum resolution/frequency. Change settings referring to Standard Signal Mode Table.
Images on screen look distorted. Check cable connection to the product.
Screen is not clear. Screen is blurry. Remove accessories (extension cable, etc.) and try again. Set resolution and frequency to recommended level.
Screen appears unstable and shaky. Shadows or ghost images. Check if PC resolution/frequency is compatible. If needed, change settings referring to Standard Signal Mode Table and Information menu.
Screen too bright or too dark. Adjust Brightness and Contrast.
Screen colour is inconsistent. Change Color settings.
Colours have a shadow and are distorted. Change Color settings.
White does not really look white. Change Color settings.
No image on screen, power LED blinks every 0.5 to 1 second. Product is in power-saving mode. Press any key or move the mouse to return to normal operating mode.
Text is blurry. For Windows OS: Go to Control Panel → Fonts → Adjust ClearType text and turn on ClearType.
Video playback is choppy. Video player may not be optimized. Try playing the file on another video player.
There is no sound. Re-check audio cable connection and adjust volume. Check volume settings and mute status. If volume is low, adjust PC sound card/software volume.
