Troubleshooting and error codes

Issue Action
No drying. Verify all previous items, ensure exterior drain flap operates, check for obstructions in the drainage system, use rigid metal ducting, do not overload, dry heavy and light items separately, reposition large items for uniform drying, ensure washer drains properly, try with a small load and add towels if needed, or remove some clothes if the load is too large, clean the lint filter, remove foreign objects, gas valve or heat cycle sounds are normal, ensure dryer is level, humming is normal due to high air velocity.
Uneven drying. Seams, pockets may not dry completely. Select a higher dryness level or cycle. Heavy items may be damp if dried with lighter items. Dry heavy and light items separately.
Odor. Household odors may enter the dryer; ventilate room if persistent. Use the Refresh cycle. If odors persist, rewash and dry items.
Lint on clothes. Clean the lint filter before each load. Clean during cycle for naturally linty clothes. Separate high-lint fabrics from lint-attracting fabrics. Divide large loads. Check pockets. Remove lint from the drum.
Wrinkled clothes after wrinkle prevention. Works best with small loads (1-4 items). Load fewer items. Load similar items. Remove items immediately after drying.
Water drips from nozzle during steam cycles. This is due to steam condensation. The dripping will stop in a few minutes.
No spray visible during steam cycles. Spray is difficult to see when the door is closed.
Extended time. Sensor Dry automatically detects moisture and shuts off dryer. Drying time varies with load type and quantity. Consult cycle chart for references.
