Troubleshooting and error codes

Error Message Possible Cause Solution
No Disc. A disc is not loaded. Load a disc.
Please check the regional code of the disc. The disc region code does not match the player's region code. Play a disc with a matching region code.
Disc cannot be played. The disc is dirty or scratched. Clean the disc or use another disc.
Disc cannot be played. The disc is not recorded properly in DVD video format (for DVD-R/-RW). Ensure the disc is properly recorded and finalized.
Playback may not work or functions may perform slowly. The disc is a BD-Java title. Loading may take longer. Some functions may perform slowly.
