Warranty Information

One (1) year parts and labor, eight (8) years parts warranty for magnetron.

Setting the Clock:

1. Press CLOCK. Display shows "0".
2. Use number buttons to enter current time (e.g., 5,0,0 for 5:00).
3. Press CLOCK again. A colon appears, time is set. Reset after power interruption.

Using the Instant Cook Buttons:

1. Press the desired food button (e.g., POPCORN). Display shows first serving size.
2. Press button repeatedly to select serving size. Microwave starts automatically.

Using the Pause/Cancel Button:

- To pause: Press once. Press START to resume.
- To stop and clear: Press twice.
- To correct entry: Press once, then re-enter.

Using the One Minute+ Button:

- Press for each minute of cooking at High power. Oven starts automatically.
- Add minutes to ongoing cooking by pressing again.

Defrosting:

1. Press DEFROST. Display shows "PL:30".
2. Use number buttons to enter defrosting time.
3. Press START.

Setting Cooking Times & Power Levels:

1. Press POWER LEVEL. To change from High, press repeatedly.
2. Use number buttons for cooking time.
3. Press START.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Solutions
Neither the oven's display nor the oven operate.
  • Properly insert the plug into a grounded outlet.
  • Make sure the wall switch is turned on (if applicable).
  • Remove plug, wait ten seconds, plug in again.
  • Reset the circuit breaker or replace any blown fuse.
  • Plug another appliance into the outlet to check if it works.
  • Plug the oven into a different outlet.
The oven's display works, but the power won't come on.
  • Make sure the door is closed securely.
  • Check for packing material or debris on the door seal.
  • Check for door damage.
  • Press Cancel twice and re-enter instructions.
The power goes off before the set time has elapsed.
  • If no power outage: remove plug, wait ten seconds, plug in again.
  • If there was a power outage: time indicator shows "88:88". Reset clock and cooking instructions.
  • Reset the circuit breaker or replace any blown fuse.
The food is cooking too slowly.
  • Ensure the oven is on its own 15 amp circuit.
  • Avoid operating other appliances on the same circuit.
  • If necessary, move the oven to its own circuit.
You see sparks or arcing.
  • Remove any metallic utensils or cookware.
  • If using foil, use only narrow strips and maintain one inch clearance from interior walls.
The turntable makes noises or sticks.
  • Clean the turntable, roller ring, and oven floor.
  • Ensure the turntable and roller ring are positioned correctly.
Using your microwave causes TV or radio interference.
  • Move the microwave further away from other appliances like TVs or radios.
