Getting Started

Device Layout and Functions

Familiarize yourself with the buttons and sensors on your Galaxy S24 Ultra/S24+.

Hard Buttons

  • Side button: Turn on/off, lock screen, access Bixby, open apps.
  • Side button + Volume Down: Capture screenshots, turn off device.

Soft Buttons

Troubleshooting and error codes

Device prompts for Password, PIN, PUK, or PIN2 Enter the correct code. For PUK, contact your carrier. For PIN2, contact your carrier. Turn off SIM lock if desired.
Network or service error messages Move to an area with better signal. Check subscription status with your carrier.
Device does not turn on Fully charge the battery.
