Troubleshooting and error codes

A small gap appears around the outside of the device case
  • This is a normal manufacturing feature.
  • Friction may cause the gap to expand slightly over time.
There is not enough space in the device's storage
  • Delete unnecessary data (cache) or unused apps/files using Device Care.
The Home button does not appear
  • Drag upwards from the bottom of the screen to access the navigation bar.
