Getting Started

  • Charging a Battery: Connect the travel adapter to the phone and a wall outlet. The LEDs indicate charging status. Fully charge the battery before first use.
  • Switching the Phone On/Off: Open the phone, then hold the TALK key to turn it on. Hold the END key to turn it off.
  • Low Battery Indicator: Check the battery strength icon on the display. When low, the icon blinks and a tone sounds.

Call Functions

  • Making a Call: In Standby mode, dial the number and press TALK.
  • Answering a Call: Open the phone or press TALK when it rings. Close the phone or press END to end the call.
  • Redialing: Press TALK twice quickly.
  • Speed Dialing: Store numbers in the Phone Book for quick access using one, two, or three-touch dialing.
  • Pause Dialing: Store pauses for automated systems or enter them manually.

Entering Text

  • Text Input Modes: Switch between T9, Alpha, Symbol, and Number modes via the MENU.
  • T9 Mode: Predictive text input for easier word entry.
  • Alpha Mode: Multi-tap typing for entering letters.
  • Symbol/Number Mode: For entering symbols and numbers.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Phone does not turn on Battery is not charged. Charge the battery.
Cannot make or receive calls Outside service area. Move to an area with better signal strength.
