Charging the battery

Before first use, charge the battery by connecting the headset to a computer or USB power adapter using the USB cable. Ensure the charging port cover is open.

Turning the headset on or off

Slide the Power switch to turn the headset on or off. When turned on for the first time, it enters Bluetooth pairing mode.

Connecting devices via Bluetooth

  1. Turn on the headset and press and hold the Multifunction button for about three seconds to enter pairing mode (notification light flashes red and blue).
  2. On your other device, activate Bluetooth and select "Samsung Level U" from the list.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
Device does not turn on Ensure the battery is charged. Slide the power switch to the ON position.
Cannot pair with device Ensure the headset is in pairing mode (flashing red and blue light). Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the headset is within range. Restart both devices.
No sound Check volume levels on both the headset and the connected device. Ensure the correct audio output is selected.
Poor sound quality Ensure the headset is within Bluetooth range. Reduce interference from other wireless devices.
Calls not clear Ensure the microphone is not obstructed. Speak clearly and close to the microphone.
