Getting Started

Device Layout and Functions: Familiarize yourself with the computer's layout, including buttons, ports, and screen features. Avoid leaving the screen idle to prevent screen burn-in. Features may vary by model.

Turning On/Off: Fully charge the battery before first use. Open the display panel to turn on the computer. To turn off, select Start > Shut down. Save all data before shutting down.

Screen is frozen or unresponsive Press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds to force restart. Save all data before restarting.
Touch screen not working Ensure hands are clean and dry. Restart the computer. Check for any physical damage to the screen edges. Avoid using under certain lighting conditions.
S Pen not working Ensure the S Pen is within range and not affected by magnets. Try using it at different angles. If issues persist, contact a Samsung Service Center.
Wireless connectivity issues Check if Wi-Fi or Bluetooth is enabled. Restart the computer and your router. Update network drivers.
