SAMSUNG provides a limited 1-year warranty for parts and labor, and a 5-year warranty for glass cooktop and radiant heating parts.
To turn on the cooktop, touch the POWER key for approximately 1 second. After powering on, select an element and set the power level within 20 seconds. Use the magnetic knob or touch controls to adjust heat settings. The magnetic knob is detachable and uses a magnetic base for intuitive control. Different cooking zones have specific features, such as dual or triple surface units. The Sync Control feature allows two left elements to operate as a single zone. Child lock can be activated to prevent accidental use. The timer can be set from 0 to 99 minutes. The residual heat indicator (H) shows when a cooking zone is still hot after use.
