Before Using the Product

Securing the Installation Space

Ensure adequate space around the product for ventilation to prevent overheating and damage. Allow at least 10 cm of space on all sides. The product can be installed in portrait or landscape orientation.

  • Avoid plugging too many devices into one power socket.
  • Do not touch power cables with wet hands.
  • Ensure power cables are inserted fully and securely.
  • Connect to a grounded power socket.
  • Do not bend or pull power cables forcefully.
  • Keep power cables away from heat sources.
  • Wipe power cable pins or outlets with a dry cloth if they are covered in foreign substances.
  • Do not unplug the power cable while the product is in use.
  • Use only authorized Samsung power cables.
  • Keep the area around the power socket clear.
  • Hold the plug when disconnecting the power cable.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Issue Troubleshooting Steps
The product cannot power on. Check that the power cable is connected properly. (Refer to "2.2.7 Connecting the Power")
There is no sound. Check the connection of the audio cable or adjust the volume.
The volume is too low. Check the volume.
Adjust the volume.
If the volume is still low after turning it up to the maximum level, adjust the volume in the audio settings program.
