| Black bars on the screen. | Check if the received broadcast is high-definition (HD). HD channels may occasionally broadcast SD content, which can cause black bars. To eliminate black bars, configure the cable or satellite decoder to 'stretch' or 'panoramic' modes. |
| Images have a red/green or pink tone. | Check that the component cables are connected to the correct terminals. |
| Subtitles for the deaf do not work. | When using a cable or satellite decoder, the subtitle option must be configured on the decoder, not on the TV. |

| Image is not centered on the screen. | Adjust horizontal and vertical position. The screen position should be adjusted relative to the output source (e.g., STB) with a digital signal. |
| Image appears distorted in the corner of the screen. | If 'Full Screen' is selected on an external device, the image may appear distorted in the screen corner. This symptom originates from the external devices, not the TV. |
| 'Reset all factory defaults' message appears. | Appears when the EXIT button is pressed for a moment. The product settings are reset to default values. |
