Basic Operation
Getting Started: After installation, wait 2 hours before switching on. Clean the interior with a bicarbonate of soda solution. Plug in and press the ON/OFF button. The appliance will start up with an alarm and temperature warning, which can be silenced with the RESET button. Set desired temperatures for the fridge and freezer compartments. Load with food once optimal temperatures are reached.
Temperature Adjustment: Use the '+' (WARMER) and '-' (COLDER) buttons to set temperatures for the fridge (+3°C to +8°C) and freezer (-15°C to -24°C). The LONGFRESH 0°C cold zone is automatically controlled.
Operating Modes: Use the MODE button to select modes like SHOPPING (quick cooling), FROSTMATIC (quick freezing), COOLMATIC (quick fridge cooling), and HOLIDAY (energy saving).
Defrosting: Fridge and LONGFRESH zones defrost automatically. Freezer compartment requires manual defrosting when frost reaches 4mm or annually. Prepare by setting to FROSTMATIC, remove food, switch off, and collect water.
Maintenance: Clean interior with warm water and bicarbonate of soda. Clean exterior with warm soapy water. Clean condenser annually.
Troubleshooting and error codes
