Power Supply:
- Operate using 8 "D" size batteries or AC power.
- When AC power is connected, batteries are automatically disconnected.
General Operation:
- Adjust sound with VOLUME and TONE controls.
- Connect stereo headphones to the PHONES jack.
CD Playback:
- Press FUNCTION to select CD mode.
- Insert CD with label facing up.
- Press PLAY/PAUSE to begin.
- Use STOP/CLEAR to stop.
Radio Operation:
- Select RADIO function.
- Choose AM or FM band.
- Tune to desired station using TUNING.
Cassette Tape Operation:
- Insert cassette and press PLAY for playback.
- Use STOP/EJECT to stop or remove cassette.
- Fast forward and rewind functions are available.
Recording:
- Record from Radio or CD.
- Use REC button to start recording.
Maintenance:
- Clean exterior with a soft, damp cloth.
- Clean tape heads with isopropyl alcohol.
- Do not touch the CD player lens.
Troubleshooting and error codes
