Warranty Information

SANYO warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years for labor, parts, and the image device.

Connecting Power: Connect the 24 VAC, 60 Hz power supply after all other equipment is connected. The power indicator will illuminate when power is on. Image should appear on the monitor shortly.

Adjusting Focus and Angle: Adjust the focus and angle of the camera based on the installation location and subject.

Notes: Refer to the specific instruction manual for your auto-iris lens. If the lens iris does not operate properly with some auto-iris lenses (AMP), adjust the lens sensitivity LEVEL. For bright lighting, be mindful of lighting angles to prevent smear and blooming.

Re-adjusting Lens-Iris Sensitivity (Auto-Iris Lens):
  • LEVEL Adjustment: The lens iris LEVEL is factory preset. Adjust only if the image contrast is extremely high or low. Turn the control clockwise (H direction) to increase contrast and counter-clockwise (L direction) to decrease contrast. Note: For "VIDEO" type auto-iris lenses, adjust the lens' own LEVEL control. Adjustment should be made by a qualified technician.
