Power Source
Outdoor Use: Attach the NP-55 battery pack by aligning the line on the pack with the unit and sliding it right until it clicks. Indoor Use: Attach the power connection cord, plug the AC adaptor into an outlet. Green power lamp will light. Disconnect plug when finished.Charging
Plug AC adaptor into outlet. Attach battery pack by aligning line marks and pressing down. Charge lamp will light. Charge lamp changes to yellow when fully charged. Slide battery pack in opposite direction to disconnect.Loading Cassette
Switch power on. Slide EJECT switch. Cassette holder opens. Insert cassette gently.Camera Recording
Set FOCUS to AUTO, WHITE BALANCE to AUTO. Set REC MODE/EDIT to SP or LP. Switch power on. Slide EJECT. Insert cassette. Press REC START/STOP to start recording. Press again to pause. Repeat to continue. Eject cassette and switch off power when finished.Playback
Switch power on. Slide EJECT. Insert recorded cassette. Press STOP button. Press PLAY button. Playback begins. Press STOP to stop. Connect earphone for sound.Troubleshooting and error codes
