- Turn on the power switch.
- Press the mode change key to enter temperature set mode.
- Use the numerical value shift keys to adjust the digits of the desired temperature.
- Use the digit shift key to move between digits.
- Press the enter key to confirm the new temperature setting.
- The unit automatically returns to display mode after 90 seconds of inactivity.
Troubleshooting and error codes
| Malfunction | Possible Cause | Solution |

| No refrigeration | The voltage is too low. | Call an electrician. |
| The breaker is free. | Check the breaker. | |
| The fuse is blown. | Replace the fuse. | |
| The freezer is not cooled at all for about 5 minutes after starting-up. | This is normal. | |
| Poor refrigeration | The ambient temperature is too high. | Ensure adequate ventilation. |
| The door is not shut tightly. | Check door seal and close properly. | |
| The inner lid is not installed correctly. | Reinstall the inner lid. | |
| The set temperature in the controller is not set properly. | Adjust the set temperature. | |
| The grille is blocked out. | Clean the grille. | |
| The filter is clogged. | Clean the filter when the filter check lamp lights. | |
| The freezer is in the direct sunlight. | Move the freezer to a shaded location. | |
| There is any heating source near the freezer. | Move the freezer away from heat sources. | |
| A rubber cap and insulation for the access port are not set correctly. | Reinstall the rubber cap and insulation. | |
| You put too many unfrozen articles into the freezer compartment. | Load items gradually. | |
| Too much frost is accumulated in the chamber. | Defrost the freezer. | |
| Noise | The freezer is not installed on the sturdy floor. | Install on a sturdy floor. |
| There is anything touching the frame. | Ensure nothing is touching the frame. | |
| The freezer is not leveled with the leveling feet. | Adjust the leveling feet. | |
| It is the immediately after starting of refrigeration. | This is normal. | |
| The freezer causes larger noise when the chamber temperature is high because of large load. | Noise gets smaller along with chamber temperature. | |
| Alarm test key cannot actuate the alarm function | The alarm test key does not function when the power switch of the freezer is OFF. | Ensure the power switch is ON. |
| When only the buzzer or only the alarm is actuated by the alarm test key, the unactuated part is out of order, and must be replaced. | Contact service. | |
