Troubleshooting and error codes

Indicator/Symptom Possible Cause Action
"U-50" flashes in the display window. Programme Selection Key not touched within 1 minute of closing the door. Open and close the door, then touch the key before 1 minute passes.
"U-10" appears in the display window. Oven operates empty without food in it. Touch CLEAR key, place food in oven and start again.
Interior lamp does not light when a programme selection key is touched. 1. Mains lead not securely plugged in.
2. Fuse in plug top faulty or plug wired incorrectly.
3. Door not completely closed.
4. Programme not stored.		 1. Check plug connection.
2. Check fuse and wiring.

Interior lamp lights, but food is not heated. Food is completely covered with a metal container. Ensure food is not covered with metal.
Abnormal noise during operation. 1. Unsuitable utensils (metal, foil, skewers).
2. Tray not set properly.
3. Food/container touching oven walls.		 1. Use appropriate utensils.
2. Set tray correctly.
3. Ensure no contact with walls.
Smoke is observed.
Keep door closed and switch off by disconnecting power supply.
Magnetron indicator lights. Remaining magnetron life is short. Call a Service Center to replace the magnetron.
