Receiving a call: When a call comes in, the screens light up and display caller information. The incoming call LED on the handset and the SPEAKER key on the base flash. Press TALK/CALL BACK on the handset or SPEAKER on the base to answer.
Making a call: Press TALK/CALL BACK on the handset or SPEAKER on the base, then dial the number.
Volume adjustment: Use the VOLUME keys on the handset for earpiece volume and on the base for speaker volume. There are four levels.
Ringer settings: Adjust the ringer switch on the handset to ON. For the base, use the VOLUME keys to increase or decrease volume, or turn it off.
Speakerphone use: Press SPEAKER to answer or make a call. For best performance, avoid noisy areas and use in a clear space.
Intercom: Use the INT key on the handset or PAGE/INTERCOM on the base for a 2-way conversation or room monitoring.
