Warranty Information

Sanyo offers a one-year limited warranty for the TV from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects.

Initial Setup

  1. Install Batteries: Insert two "AAA" batteries into the remote control, ensuring correct polarity.
  2. Channel Search: Press POWER to turn on the DTV, then press CHANNEL UP to automatically search for available digital and analog channels.
  3. Auto Clock Setting (Optional): After channel search, the DTV will attempt to set the clock automatically by finding a local PBS station.
  4. Antenna Selection (Optional): Use the on-screen menu to switch between antenna and cable input for analog signals.

Basic Operation

  • Power: Press the POWER key to turn the DTV on or off.
  • Input Source: Press the INPUT key to cycle through various input sources (Analog RF, Digital RF, Video 1, Video 2, Compo 2, Compo 3).
  • Channel Selection: Use the number keys to directly select a channel or use the CHANNEL UP/DOWN keys to scan through channels.
  • Volume: Use the VOL -/+ keys to adjust the volume.
  • Menu Navigation: Press MENU to access the on-screen menu. Use the CURSOR keys to navigate and ENTER to select options. Press EXIT to return to normal viewing.
