Filter Replacement:
  1. Turn off projector and unplug AC power.
  2. Clean projector and air vents.
  3. Release latch and open filter cover.
  4. Pull out filter cartridge.
  5. Insert new filter cartridge, ensuring TOP mark is upward.
  6. Close filter cover.
  7. Connect AC power and turn on projector.
  8. Reset filter counter via the on-screen menu (Setting -> Filter counter -> Filter counter reset -> Yes -> Yes).
Lamp Replacement:
  1. Turn off projector and unplug AC power. Allow to cool for at least 45 minutes.
  2. Loosen screw and open lamp cover.
  3. Loosen three screws securing lamp and lift lamp out.
  4. Replace with a new lamp, secure screws, and ensure proper setting.
  5. Close lamp cover and secure screw.
  6. Connect AC power and turn on projector.
  7. Reset lamp counter (On-Screen Menu -> Setting -> Lamp counter -> Lamp counter reset -> Yes -> Yes).
Checking Lamp Used Time:
  1. Press and hold ON/STAND-BY on remote for over 20 seconds.
  2. Projector used time and lamp used time will be displayed.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Indicators and Projector ConditionPossible Causes/Actions
No Power The projector is not plugged in. Plug it in.
The POWER indicator is not lit. Check the fuse. (See page 5)
The AC outlet is faulty. Try another AC outlet.
No Picture The lens cap is on. Remove the lens cap.
The input signal is not selected correctly. Press the INPUT button on the remote control to select the correct input.
No Sound The volume is set to minimum. Press the VOL+ button on the remote control.
WARNING indicator lights red The projector is shut down due to abnormal temperature or power failure. Unplug the AC power cord, check for possible causes (clogged air filters, blocked ventilation slots, high ambient temperature), reconnect, and try to turn on. If the issue persists, contact service. (See page 6)

POWER and WARNING indicators flashing Abnormal temperature inside the projector. Check for possible causes (clogged air filters, blocked ventilation slots, high ambient temperature). Wait for the POWER indicator to stop flashing, then try to turn on. (See page 6)
