Electrical Safety

  • Ensure all electrical equipment is safe before use, checking leads, plugs, and connections for wear or damage.
  • Use an RCD (Residual Current Device) with all electrical products.
  • Ensure appliance voltage matches the power supply and the plug is fitted with the correct fuse.
  • DO NOT pull the appliance by the cable or pull the plug from the socket by the cable.
  • DO NOT use worn or damaged cables or plugs.

General Safety

  • Disconnect power before servicing or maintenance.
  • Use only genuine parts and accessories.
  • Maintain the cleaner in good condition and keep it clean, but DO NOT use solvents.
  • For dry vacuuming, ensure the cartridge filter is locked in place.
  • DO NOT operate without the cartridge filter for dry use.
  • Wear protective clothing and gloves.
  • DO NOT allow children or untrained persons to operate.
  • DO NOT point attachments near the face or animals.
  • DO NOT vacuum hot ash, flammable, explosive, corrosive substances.
  • DO NOT operate without the dust bag or optional cartridge filter.
  • DO NOT leave machine running unattended.
  • DO NOT operate under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or if tired.
  • DO NOT use in rain or damp conditions.
  • DO NOT use for tasks it is not designed for.
  • Store in a safe, dry, childproof location when not in use.

Dry Vacuum Cleaning

  • Ensure machine is unplugged.
  • Fit the locking cartridge filter.
  • Reposition power head and clip in place.
  • Insert the flexible hose into the front inlet and lock.
  • Attach desired nozzle to the hose.
  • Plug in and switch to 'On' (I). Switch to 'Off' (0) when finished.

Wet Vacuum Cleaning

  • Ensure machine is unplugged and the tank is clean.
  • Remove cartridge filter and fit foam filter.
  • Refit power head.
  • Attach desired nozzle to the hose.
  • Plug in and switch to 'On' (I).
  • When vacuuming large liquids, do not immerse nozzle fully.
  • The float valve will stop suction when the tank is full; motor speed will increase. Turn off and empty tank.
  • After use, turn off, unplug, empty tank, clean, and dry machine.
  • Remember to refit cartridge filter before dry vacuuming.
  • NOT designed for liquid storage; always empty liquids.

Blowing

  • Push hose into blow connection.
  • Ensure power switch is off and plug in.
  • Switch on power (I).
  • Clear obstructions. Turn off if hose remains blocked.

Maintenance

  • Ensure machine is unplugged. Disconnect hose.
  • Remove power head. Clear container and hose of dirt.
  • Clean foam filter with mild soapy solution.
  • Check telescopic tube and power cable for damage.

Cartridge Filter Maintenance

  • Unlock and remove cartridge filter. Inspect for damage.
  • To clean dry filter, tap inside a waste bin.
  • DO NOT use if wet. Rinse from inside and air dry for 24 hours if inadvertently wetted.
  • Fit cleaned filter and lock in place.

Troubleshooting

  • Cleaner not operating: Check power supply, cable, switch, motor, or if container is full of liquid.
  • Dust from motor cover: Cartridge filter missing/damaged or dust container full.
  • Reduced efficiency: Filter clogged or nozzle/hose/inlet blocked.
