1. Safety: Ensure adherence to Health & Safety regulations. Load trolley evenly, keeping the centre of gravity central. Do not overload. Use in a suitable, well-lit, and uncluttered work area. Keep the trolley clean. Do not use for unintended purposes, stand on it, use as a ladder, or allow others to ride. Use wheel locks to prevent movement. Do not leave unattended when loaded unless secured. Do not use on uneven ground or over curbs/steps; use a ramp. Do not use if damaged, especially wheels. Keep children and unauthorized persons away.
2. Introduction: This trolley features two shelves and a lockable lid for secure storage. It has two 40kg capacity drawers with ball bearing slides and a screwdriver holder. Two 50kg capacity lower shelves can be installed for security or unobstructed access. Fitted with four heavy-duty 4" PU castors, two of which are locking.
3. Specification: Provides dimensions, shelf sizes, drawer sizes, upper tray size, and total load capacity (150kg).
4. Assembly: Step-by-step instructions with reference to fig.1 and fig.2 for assembly, including attaching trays, columns, drawer unit, handle brackets, screwdriver holder, castors, and fixed wheels. Ensure all fixings are tight.
5. Maintenance: Periodically oil castors with light oil. Clean with a damp cloth; do not use abrasive or solvent cleaners.
