1. SAFETY: Adhere to all Health & Safety and workshop regulations. Use protective gloves when handling metal parts. Ensure the work area is clean, well-lit, and uncluttered. Keep children and unauthorized persons away. Do not exceed the 20kg weight limit per panel. Do not use in damp areas. Common sense and caution are operator responsibilities. 2. INTRODUCTION: This product is a perforated steel peg board designed for tool storage, contributing to a tidy garage/workshop. It features an all-steel construction with a graphite powder coat finish and includes 10 hooks. 3. SPECIFICATION: Overall Size (W x D x H): 825 x 15 x 490mm. 4. CONTENTS: Verify all parts are present: A (8) - Rawl Plugs, B (8) - Washers, C (8) - Screws, D (10) - Hooks. 5. ASSEMBLY: - Direct Wall Mounting: Position the panel, mark holes, drill, insert rawl plugs (if not into wood stud). Attach using screws (C) and washers (B). Insert hooks (D). - Mounting Frame (APMF): Slide the peg board between the frame rails as shown in Fig.2 or Fig.3. 6. MAINTENANCE: Clean surfaces with a mild detergent and water solution. Remove grease and oil with standard, non-flammable cleaning fluids.
