1. SAFETY
- Ensure Health & Safety, local authority, and general workshop practice regulations are adhered to.
- Locate cabinets in a suitable, clean, well-lit, and uncluttered work area on level, solid ground.
- Keep children and unauthorized persons away.
- Handle flammable liquids carefully and distribute weight evenly on shelves, with heavier loads lower down.
- Do not use cabinets for purposes other than intended, outdoors, or in damp/wet locations.
- Do not clean with solvents that may damage surfaces.
2. INTRODUCTION
Sturdy metal construction with a yellow powder-coated finish, featuring a three-point key lock, adjustable lipped shelves, a liquid-tight base, two ventilation ports, and adjustable feet for leveling. Suitable for storing flammables, acids, pesticides, paint, and ink. Includes warning labels.
4. INSTRUCTIONS
- Cabinet is designed for floor standing or raised surfaces. Models FSC09 and FSC10 can be used with optional floor stands (FSC11S) or trolleys (FSC11T).
- A Risk Assessment is essential.
- The spillage sump in the base is NOT for storage.
- Use pre-installed levellers to ensure the cabinet is level side-to-side and has a slight (2°) front-to-back tilt to prevent spillage.
- Shelves have a recessed lip to contain spills and are notched for drainage to the sump.
- Shelves are adjustable; position the lowest shelf above the sump base for access, and other shelves at any height.
- For ventilation, unscrew the two flame arrestors. They have magnetic backing for convenient storage.
