Assembly Instructions for Sealey GSC86335SP Galvanized Steel Floor Cabinet

Follow these steps to assemble your new cabinet:

  1. Base Assembly: Attach front (E2) and back (F2) base brackets to the left (B3) and right (B4) side panels using screws (J).
  2. Panel Installation: Stand the unit upright with assistance. Insert the middle panel (H1) and secure it. Attach the back panels (C3, C10) using screws (J), leaving top corners unfixed for now.
  3. Top Panel and Shelves: Install the top panel (A2) with screws (J). Place shelf supports (GSC86335SP.I) at desired heights and position the shelves (D5) on them.
  4. Door Installation: Mount the doors (L2, R2) by aligning the lift-off hinges with their locators.

Important Notes: Keep the work area clean and use the cabinet on a level, solid surface. Do not overload shelves or step on them. Avoid damp locations.
