Warranty Information

The standard warranty is 24 months.

  • Preparation: Ensure the equipment is correctly installed and connected. Prepare the cans with the product to be treated and place them in the basket.
  • Program Selection: Use the touchscreen to select the desired program or create a new one.
  • Cycle Start: Press "START/STOP" to initiate the selected program. The autoclave will automatically perform pre-heating, heating, maintenance, cooling, and depressurization phases.
  • Cycle Completion: Upon completion, the equipment will display "PROGRAM FINISHED". Use thermal protection gloves to remove the load.
  • Manual Stop: Press "START/STOP" to stop the program at any time.

Troubleshooting and error codes

CodeNameDescriptionCauseResolution
01E2PROM FAILInternal error E2PROMController malfunction.Contact the technical service.
02PRES SENSOR FAILPressure sensor reading <0 barPressure sensor does not work.Check the pressure sensor wiring. Replace the sensor.
12DOOR OPENDoor open."Open door" sensor does not work.Adjust the sensor, in a lever form, located left behind the autoclave door, to detect the position of the door.
13OVERPRESSUREPressure sensor reading >3.5 barThe pressure has reached a dangerous value.Stop the autoclave by using the main switch. • Depressurize the autoclave with the manual valve. TAKE PRECAUTIONS for depressurization: - Do not stand in front of the valve outlet. - Open the valve slowly. - Contact the technical service. - DO NOT USE THE AUTOCLAVE.
16INTERNAL OVERTEMPTemperature reading (K20) higher than 150°CThe pressure has reached a dangerous value.• Stop the autoclave by using the main switch and disconnect it from the network. • Depressurize the autoclave with the manual valve. TAKE PRECAUTIONS for depressurization: - Do not stand in front of the valve outlet. - Open the valve slowly. • Check the connections of the water and heart probes. • If the connections are correct: Contact the technical service. DO NOT USE THE AUTOCLAVE.
19SET unreachableIt has not been possible to reach the set point during the sterilization phase in less than 360 minutes. The pre-set temperature cannot be reached.Increase the temperature of the initial preheat phase. Jars too big. Product with little thermal conduction. Heating resistance(s) cut off. Controller failure. SSR failure (solid state relay).
20EMPTY TOO LONGSome of the phases of the emptying take more than 40minThe chamber has not been cleared after 40 minutes.Check that the water temperature is low enough to cool the cans.
23POWER FAILPower cut off with the equipment operatingDuring an operation cycle, the power has failed.Restart the cycle.
24POWER FAIL RESUMABLEIt indicates a cut off in the power while the equipment was operating. The process can continue because the device has a battery and has preserved the status. (If the temperature conditions during the cut have varied too much, another error may appear, such as 36, as the chamber temperature has dropped too low).
29SAFETY THERMSafety performance of the boiler thermostatInner temperature has reached a too high value.• Wait for a few minutes and reset the thermostat • Increase parameter "B" in 5s.
30LEVEL ERRORWater level is not detectedNo water enters the chamber.Check the water inlet tap • Increase parameter "B" so that more water enters.
34INTERNAL UNDERTEMPReading water probe temperature (connector plate: K20) lower than 8°C for more than 5 minutes during the HEAT phase or in any moment during any other phase when the program is operating.• If this happens at the beginning of the cycle, it is likely that the water in the network is very cold (winter). In the autoclave loaded with cans, pour half a bucket of hot water into the boiler and then start the autoclave.
36STERILIZ. UNDERTEMPTemperature dropIn the sterilization phase, the temperature has dropped 2°C below the set point for 30s.Check the temperature probe and the location inside the jar. Make sure there has been no power interruptions.
37STERILIZ. OVERTEMPExcessive temperatureIn the sterilization phase, the temperature has exceeded the set point at 4°C for 5s.
38EMPTY PRESSURE TimeoutThe temperature has been above the cooling temperature and the pressure has been below the cooling pressure for 60 minutes.
39STERILIZATION PRESSUREDuring the sterilization phase we have not reach the purge pressure in 30 seconds.Check that the back tap is not open, that the equipment is not leaking, that no solenoid valve is open.
40DISCONNECTEDCommunication with the power plate has been lost.Turn off the equipment and check connection between circuits.
41PREHEAT timeoutExcessive water pre-heating timeThe preheat temperature is not reached before 60'.• Check (Reset) the safety thermostat. • Check the heating elements.
42PURGE HEAT timeoutThe purge temperature is not reached before 60'• Check (Reset) the safety thermostat. • The product is very cold, increase the temperature of the PRE phase.
