Turning On/Off: Press the ON/STAND-BY button on the sound bar or remote. Subwoofer indicator turns blue when on, red when in standby. System may auto power on/off with TV via HDMI CEC.
Sound Modes: Select desired sound effect (Music, Cinema, Sport, etc.) using the SOUND MODE button or specific buttons on the remote.
Volume Control: Use VOL +/- buttons on the remote or VOLUME +/- on the sound bar. Subwoofer level can be adjusted with SW LEVEL buttons.
Connections: Connect via HDMI (ARC recommended), Optical, or Audio In. Ensure correct input is selected using the SOURCE button.
Setup: Mount sound bar on wall or place on a flat surface. Ensure proper ventilation. Wireless subwoofer links automatically.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Symptom Possible cause
No sound is heard. Input signal not set properly; Volume low or muted; HDMI compliant equipment/cable not used or connected correctly.
Sound from subwoofer is not well balanced. Subwoofer level set to minimum or maximum; HDMI cable connection issue.
Power turns off suddenly. Protection circuit activated; Unplug and replug power cord.
Noise is heard during playback. Move speaker away from electronic devices; Set sound bar to standby and turn on.
Sound bar does not respond when a button is pressed. Sound bar unplugged; Protection circuit activated.
Power is not turned on. AC power cord unplugged; Battery dead (remote control).
3D images not displayed on the TV. TV/component not compatible with 3D; HDMI cable does not support 3D; Use HDMI/ARC or headphone terminal.
Background noise appears when connecting with RCA audio output jack. Interference from other wireless devices; Obstacles blocking signal between sound bar and subwoofer.
Wireless connection cannot be established. Obstacles between sound bar and subwoofer; Manually re-link sound bar and subwoofer.
Remote control does not operate properly. Incorrect battery polarity; Dead battery; Incorrect distance/angle; Obstruction in front of sound bar; Strong light on remote sensor; Other remote equipment in use.
