Basic Operation

Standby/ON

Press the POWER button on the unit or remote to switch the unit ON. Press again to return to STANDBY mode. Disconnect the mains plug to turn off completely. The unit will auto-on with TV/external device. Auto standby after 15 mins without signal.

Select Modes

Press the Source button (or / HDMI/* buttons on remote) to cycle through AUX, OPTICAL, COAXIAL, HDMI 1, HDMI 2, HDMI ARC, USB, and BT modes. The selected mode appears on the display.

Adjust Bass/Treble

Use the BASS +/- and TREBLE +/- buttons on the remote to adjust bass and treble levels.

Volume and Mute

Use the VOL +/- buttons to adjust volume. Press the MUTE button to silence sound; press again or use VOL +/- to resume.

Surround Sound

Press the SURROUND button to turn surround sound ON or OFF.

Equaliser (EQ)

Press the EQ button to select preset sound modes: Movie, Music, News, or Night.

Troubleshooting and error codes

No powerEnsure AC cord is connected. Check power outlet. Press Standby button to turn on.
Remote control does not workSelect correct source before playback control. Reduce distance to unit. Insert battery with correct polarity. Replace battery. Aim remote at the sensor.
No soundCheck if muted. Press MUTE or VOL+/- to resume. Press Standby, then ON. Unplug and replug soundbar and subwoofer. Ensure source audio is set to PCM or Dolby Digital (for digital connections). Move subwoofer closer (within 5m). Re-pair subwoofer.
