1. Insert a MiniDisc.

2. Press the MENU button.

3. Select "SET UP" by pressing the ◄ or ► button and press the MENU button.

4. Select a menu by pressing the ◄ or ► button and press the MENU button.

5. Select an item by pressing the ◄ or ► button and press the MENU button.

1. Plug in the remote control and headphones. Insert the plug fully.

2. Insert a MiniDisc.

3. Start playback by pressing the ►► button.

4. Adjust volume using ◄ or ► buttons.

1. Press the REC button.

2. Press the GROUP button for 2 seconds or more. "GR" will light up.

3. Press the MENU button.

4. Select "GrSELECT" by pressing the ◄ or ► button, and then press the MENU button.

5. Select a group by pressing the ◄ or ► button and press the MENU button.

6. Start recording.

Problem	Possible Cause	Solution
No power	Battery depleted or not inserted correctly.	Charge battery or insert correctly.
Cannot record	MD is full or write-protected.	Use a new MD or remove protection.
Playback distorted	Dirty laser lens or MD.	Clean lens or MD.
Buttons not responding	Hold function is active.	Disable Hold function.
