Turn on the monitor first before turning on the PC or playback device.
To turn on the main power, use the main power switch. Connect/disconnect the power cord or turn the breaker on/off only when the main power switch is off. Wait at least 5 seconds when switching the main power switch or the POWER button off and back on.

| Input mode changes automatically. | AUTO INPUT CHANGE may be ON. This occurs when no signal is present or when a computer is in standby mode. |
| Touch panel does not respond. | Check USB cable connection and touch panel driver installation. Ensure pen tip is not worn and battery is correctly inserted and charged. |
| Response of touch screen is slow. | Screen may be exposed to direct sunlight. Check for obstacles between the transmitter/receiver and touch pen/finger. Ensure infrared transmitter/receiver is clean. Use a tip larger than 3/16 inch (4 mm). Avoid touching the panel when starting the computer or connecting the USB cable. |
| Power LED flashes red. | "STATUS [xxxx]" appears. Hardware problem. Turn off and request repair. |
| Touch panel power LED lights red. | Hardware problem. Turn off and request repair. |
| "AUTO DIMMING" is displayed. | Monitor's internal temperature is high. Brightness decreases to prevent overheating. Remove the cause of excessive temperature rise. |
