1. INPUT (Input mode selection): Press INPUT or buttons to select the input mode, then press ENTER. You can also select the input terminal by pressing the input switch on the monitor.
2. MUTE: Press MUTE to turn off the volume temporarily. Press again to restore the previous level.
3. MENU: Displays and turns off the menu screen.
4. VOL +/- (Volume adjustment): Press VOL +/- to adjust the volume. The menu disappears after 4 seconds of inactivity.
5. BRIGHT +/- (Backlight adjustment): Press BRIGHT +/- to adjust the brightness. The menu disappears after 4 seconds of inactivity.
6. SIZE (Screen size selection): Press SIZE to display the menu and then use arrow buttons to select the screen size.
7. DISPLAY: Shows monitor information. Press again to hide.
8. MODE (Color mode selection): Cycles through color modes: STD, VIVID, sRGB.

| There is no picture or sound. | Is the power cord disconnected? Is the main power switch off? Is the monitor in standby mode? Make sure correct input mode is selected. If any external equipment is connected, make sure it is operating. |
| Remote control does not work. | Are the batteries inserted with correct polarity? Are the batteries exhausted? Point the remote control unit toward the monitor's remote control sensor. Is the menu display hidden or operation disabled? |
| Sound from left and right speakers is reversed. Sound is heard from only one side. | Are audio cables connected properly? Check the setting of BALANCE for AUDIO menu. |
| There is a picture but no sound. | Is the sound muted? Make sure the volume is not set to minimum. Are audio cables connected properly? Is the setting of AUDIO SELECT on the OPTION menu correct? Is the setting of SPEAKER SELECT on the SETUP menu correct? |
| Unstable video. | The signal may be incompatible. Try automatic screen adjustment. If top and bottom of image are not horizontally aligned, set TOUCH PANEL MODE on the OPTION menu to OFF. |
| The video from the PC/AV HDMI input terminal does not appear properly. | Is the setting for HDMI of INPUT SELECT on the OPTION menu correct? Is the HDMI cable HDMI standard compliant? Is the input signal compatible with this monitor? |
| The video from the PC/AV DVI-D input terminal does not appear properly. | Is the setting for DVI of INPUT SELECT on the OPTION menu correct? Is the input signal compatible with this monitor? Turn off and on the connected equipment. If monitors are daisy-chained, turn off and on all monitors. |
| The video from PC D-SUB, PC RGB, AV COMPONENT, or AV VIDEO does not appear correctly. | Is the setting for BNC or D-SUB of INPUT SELECT on the OPTION menu correct? Is the input signal compatible with this monitor? |
| Control buttons do not work. | There is no picture. Load noises from outside may be interfering. Turn off power for at least 5 seconds, then turn on. |
| The input mode changes automatically. | When AUTO INPUT CHANGE is ON and no signal is present, it automatically changes to a mode with a video signal. This can happen when a computer is in standby mode or video play is stopped. |
| The touch panel does not respond. | Is the USB cable connected properly? Has the touch panel driver been installed? Has the pen tip become worn? Are the batteries inserted correctly? Is the touch pen battery exhausted? |
| The response of the touch screen is slow. Some parts of the screen do not respond. | Is the screen exposed to direct sunlight or strong light? Is there an obstacle between the infrared transmitter/receiver and the touch pen/finger? Is the infrared transmitter/receiver dirty? Is the touch panel being touched with a tip less than about 3/16 inch (4 mm)? Do not touch the panel when starting the computer or connecting the USB cable. |

| The monitor makes a cracking sound. | This is normal and due to the cabinet expanding/contracting with temperature changes; it does not affect performance. |
| The Power LED is flashing in red and green alternately. When "TEMPERATURE" is displayed. | Internal temperature is too high, decreasing brightness to prevent overheating. "TEMPERATURE" is displayed, and the Power LED flashes red/green. If internal temperature rises further, the monitor enters standby mode. Remove the cause of excessive temperature rise. |
