Warranty Information
One (1) year parts and labor from date of purchase, with extended coverage for sealed cooling system parts.
Cool Mode: Select COOL mode, press POWER, set desired temperature (64°F-86°F), and adjust fan speed (AUTO, QUIET, LOW, HIGH). To turn off, press POWER again.
Dehumidification Mode: Select DEHUM mode. Unit will dehumidify. Temperature and fan speed are not adjustable. For dehumidification with a container, connect exhaust hose. For dehumidification without a container, install exhaust hose.
Fan Mode: Select FAN mode. Unit circulates air without cooling. Press POWER to start, adjust fan speed. To turn off, press POWER again.
Ventilation Mode: Select VENT mode. Unit ventilates air outdoors. Press POWER to start, adjust fan speed. To turn off, press POWER again.
Mega Cool Operation: Press MEGA COOL button in COOL mode for high-speed fan and 59°F temperature. Press again to cancel.
1-Hour Off Timer: Press 1 hr OFF button to set unit to turn off automatically after one hour. Press CANCEL to deactivate.
Timer Operation: Use ON TIMER to set activation time and OFF TIMER to set deactivation time. Adjust in 30-minute increments up to 9.5 hours, then in 1-hour increments up to 12 hours. Press CANCEL to deactivate.
Main Unit Operation: Press POWER button on the unit to operate. Press again to turn off.
Drainage: Perform drainage when unit indicates it's full (TIMER, OPERATION, MEGA COOL lamps blinking) or before moving the unit. Follow specific steps for draining with or without a container.
Troubleshooting and error codes

Has the unit been restarted within 3 minutes of a power failure? Is the water tank full (TIMER, OPERATION, MEGA COOL lamps blinking)? Is the power cord loose? | Ensure unit is plugged in securely. Check fuse/breaker. Wait 3 minutes before restarting after power loss. Drain water tank (see page 26). Check power cord. |
| THE AIR CONDITIONER DOES NOT COOL WELL | Is the unit set to FAN, DEHUMIDIFICATION, or VENTILATION mode? Are the filters clogged? Is the cooling coil frozen? Is the temperature set correctly? Is the window exposed to direct sunlight? Is the exhaust hose too long? | Select COOL mode. Clean or replace filters. Run in FAN mode on HIGH to defrost. Adjust temperature. Close curtains/blinds. Shorten the exhaust hose. |
