One year parts and labor, plus four additional years for magnetron tube parts only.

Setting the Clock: Touch Timer/Clock, enter time using number pads, touch Timer/Clock again.
Timer: Touch Timer/Clock, enter time, touch Timer/Clock again.
Time Cooking: Enter time, touch START. For variable power, touch Power Level before START.
Sensor Settings: Touch Sensor Cook/Popcorn/Reheat, select food, touch START.
Defrost: Touch Defrost, select food, enter weight, touch START.
Keep Warm: Touch Keep Warm, enter time, touch START.
Melt/Soften/Warm: Touch Melt/Soften/Warm, select food, enter quantity, touch START.

Troubleshooting and error codes

PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Part or all of Microwave Drawer does not operate.
  • Power cord not fully connected.
  • Power outage.
  • Fuse/circuit breaker issue.
  • Demo Mode.
  • Ensure power cord is connected.
  • Check house lights; call electric company if needed.
  • Replace fuse or reset breaker.
  • Cancel Demo Mode (see page 18).
Food in Microwave Drawer is not heated.
  • No power to appliance.
  • Drawer controls improperly set.
  • Demo Mode.
  • See SOLUTION for PROBLEM 1.
  • Check controls.
  • Cancel Demo Mode (see page 18).
Microwave Drawer light does not work.
  • Light bulb loose or burned out.
  • Call for service.
Touch controls will not operate.
  • Control Lock is on.
  • Unlock Control Lock (see page 17).
Display flashes.
  • Power failure.
  • Press Clear, reset clock. Reset cooking function if in use.
Steam from the vent
  • During microwaving, steam may come from the right side of the vent.
  • This is normal.
