Closing the door activates sensing switches. The oven lamp turns on when the door is opened.
Program time and power level using number pads and power level pad. Touch START. The oven uses relays to power various components including the turntable motor, convection motor, and high voltage components for microwave generation.
Microwave power is supplied intermittently through relay RY-2, varying the ON/OFF time ratio.
Program temperature and time. Touch CONVECTION, Temperature pad, and START. The oven lamp, turntable motor, cooling fan motor, and convection motor are energized. The heating element is controlled by RY3.
Touch HIGH MIX/ROAST or LOW MIX/BAKE. Program time. Touch START. The oven operates in a convection cooking mode, alternating between convection heat and microwave energy.
Foods are cooked based on sensed steam. The microprocessor calculates cooking time and power. The oven stops when the sensor detects sufficient steam.
Monitors oven cavity temperature. If a fire is detected, relays are switched off, the damper door is closed, and operation stops.
