Warranty Information

Please refer to the dealer for warranty information.

  • Before Use: Remove packaging, clean interior, and run the freezer for 2 hours before stocking.
  • Restarting: Wait at least 5 minutes before restarting after turning off.
  • Defrosting: Shave frost when it reaches 5mm. For complete defrosting, remove contents, disconnect power, shave frost as it thaws, drain water, wipe dry, and replace drain cap. Warning: Do not use sharp objects like hammers or knives to remove frost.
  • Cleaning: Disconnect power before cleaning. Wipe exterior and interior with a soft cloth; use mild detergent for soiled areas. Do not splash water directly on the unit. Do not use harsh cleaners.
  • In Case of Following:
    • Power Failure: Minimize door opening. Cover exterior with a blanket. For long outages, use dry ice.
    • Not Used for Long Period: Remove contents, disconnect power, clean, dry, and leave door open.
    • Not Used Temporarily: Secure door with wood, and place away from children's play areas.

Troubleshooting and error codes

  • Ensure proper ventilation (10cm space).
  • Relocate unit away from heat sources.
  • Minimize door openings.
  • Remove excess items.
  • Adjust temperature control dial.
  • Defrost the unit.
Excessive noise
  • Floor unstable?
  • Unit shaking/rattling?
  • Rear panel touching wall or object?
  • Ensure floor is sturdy.
  • Secure the unit.
  • Ensure adequate space around the unit.

Note: Loud compressor sound after startup is normal.

Condensation on cooler exterior
  • High humidity or specific installation location?

This is normal. Wipe with a dry cloth.

The circumference of chest freezer feels hot
  • Initial operation or summer? (Radiating pipe)

This is normal and does not affect internal goods.
