Warranty Information

One year parts and labor, plus an additional four years for the magnetron tube (parts only).

Basic Operation:

  • Plug the microwave into a grounded 3-prong 14 Amp, 120V AC 60Hz outlet.
  • Place food in a microwave-safe container on the glass tray. Ensure the tray and roller guide are in place.
  • Close the door securely. The oven light turns on when the door is closed and microwave energy is active.
  • Select cooking function (e.g., TIME COOK, EXPRESS COOK, SENSOR COOK) and time/power level using the control panel.
  • Press START/+30 SEC. to begin cooking.
  • The oven door can be opened at any time during operation to check or stir food; the oven will shut off instantly and resume when the door is closed.
  • Press STOP/CANCEL to stop or clear settings.

Troubleshooting and error codes

The oven doesn't work:
1. Check that the power cord is securely plugged in.
2. Check that the door is firmly closed.
3. Check that the cooking time is set.
4. Check for a blown circuit fuse or tripped main circuit breaker in your house.
Sparking in the cavity:
1. Check utensils. Metal containers or dishes with metal trim should not be used.
2. Check that metal skewers or foil does not touch the interior walls.
