Warranty Information

The warranty period for a new product is 1 year from the date of purchase. Repairs during the warranty period are covered by a free repair warranty, with exceptions.

Attaching/Removing Cards: Ensure the product is turned off. Pull out the SIM/microSD card tray with your finger in the groove. Attach the SIM card to the display side and the microSD card to the back side of the tray, aligning the notch. Insert the tray horizontally and firmly until it clicks.
Turning the Power On: While the product is turned off, press and hold the Power key (⑦) for at least 3 seconds.
Transferring Data: Connect an old smartphone to the product using the Quick Switch Adapter (sample) and the cable used by the old smartphone. Follow on-screen instructions during the initial setup to copy apps and data.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
Product does not turn on. Press and hold the Power key (⑦) for at least 3 seconds. If the screen freezes, hold down the Power key (⑦) and the Volume up key (⑥) (+) for at least 8 seconds to force a power off.
Display does not respond. Check for foreign objects on the touch panel. Ensure the display is clean and dry. Do not apply excessive pressure.
Cannot connect to network. Check SIM card insertion and orientation. Ensure signal strength. Restart the product.
