| Keyboard/Glide Pad not functioning | Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete, restart, or use reset switch. |
| Glide pad malfunction | Clean the pad, ensure internal pointing device is enabled. |
| Floppy disk issues | Check insertion, format disk, check write-protect, or disk capacity. |
| Hard disk read/write errors | Confirm drive/file names are correct, ensure sufficient free space. |
| SD/SmartMedia card issues | Use "Safely Remove Hardware" icon, restart if disabled. |
| CD/DVD drive not opening | Ensure computer is on, or use a fine rod to eject. |
| Cannot read disk/play files | Confirm correct insertion, drive/file names, disk condition, and file support. |
| DVD movie playback issues | Use AC power, set screen resolution/quality to default. |
| Optical drive not recognized | Turn off computer, open tray, remove disk, turn on again. |
| Modem communication issues | Check telephone line connection, dial settings, country/region, network config, username/password, COM port, power management. Contact PBX staff if applicable. |
| Slow communication speed | Close applications, try another ISP or a different connection time. |
| Cannot access LAN | Check cable connection, network configuration, LAN driver status, username/password. |
