Troubleshooting and error codes

Issue Solution
My phone can't connect to the network
  • Check if Wi-Fi or Mobile Data is enabled or if signal strength is weak.
  • Swipe down to check Wi-Fi/Mobile data icon and signal strength in Status Bar.
  • Contact service provider for Wi-Fi network or telecom customer service for SIM card status.
My phone doesn't seem to be charged
  • If battery was empty for a long time, wait for signs of charging.
  • Use a functional cable and adapter that meet specified standards.
