- General considerations for installing printing equipment:
- Equipment handling must follow transport and placement procedures, considering the equipment's size and the space intended for it.
- Adherence to electrical connection regulations, using grounded outlets is mandatory.
- Correctly fix the equipment to its stand.
- Carefully check and remove all transport locks (including those for the scanner, developer units, cylinders, etc.).
- Correctly install toner cartridges after pre-shaking (note: some equipment does not have the toner cartridge installed, it is separate).
- Handle cylinders with care, avoiding prolonged exposure to light as much as possible.
- Handle the fuser with care, considering its temperature.
- The ambient temperature where the machines and equipment are used must be between 18 and 30 degrees Celsius, with minimal dust and humidity.
