The SITOP power flexi is a rail-mounted, primary switched-mode power supply for single-phase AC systems (120 or 230 V). The output is potential-free, short-circuit, and open-circuit protected, and adjustable.
Output Voltage Adjustment: The output voltage can be set between 3 VDC and 52 VDC using a front potentiometer (UA) or externally via terminals X2-2. The device operates in the 3-12 VDC range with a max. current of 10A. For voltages 12-52 VDC, the power is limited to 120W.
Current Limitation: The current can be limited from 2A to 10A via a front potentiometer (IAmax) or externally via terminals X2-12.
Signaling: LEDs indicate the operational status: no light means no supply voltage or a defect, green indicates the output voltage is within tolerance, and red indicates the device is operating at its current or power limit.
| Issue | Possible Cause |
|---|---|
| LED does not light up | No supply voltage (e.g. upstream protection device has opened) or device is defective. |
| LED lights up green | The output voltage is within the tolerance. |
| LED lights up red | The device is working at the current limit (max. 10 A) or at the power output limit (max. 120 W). |
