Making and Answering Calls:

  • Answering a Call With the Handset: Lift the handset. Adjust volume with +/- keys. Replace handset to end.
  • Answering a Call with the Speaker (Speakerphone Mode): Press the Speaker key. Adjust volume with +/- keys. Press Speaker key or Release key to end.
  • Using Call Waiting: When a call is waiting, you can ignore or accept it. To accept, end the first call or place it on hold.
  • Accepting a Waiting Call (Camp-On): Either end the first call and answer the second, or place the first call on hold and answer the second.
  • Accepting a Specific Call for Your Colleague: Hear another phone ring. Press Program/Service, select function, enter code, and confirm.
  • Rejecting Calls: Press the Release key. The call signals at another defined telephone.
  • Using Mailboxes: Press the illuminated Mailbox key to access messages.
  • Using Timed Reminders: The phone rings and displays the reminder. Press Speaker key twice, then lift and replace handset.
  • Using the Speakerphone: For direct calls, lift handset or answer in speakerphone mode. Use Mute key for privacy.
