Manual for SITOP UPS1600 / UPS1100

The SITOP UPS1600 and UPS1100 are DC-UPS modules designed to provide uninterruptible power for 24 V load supplies. The SITOP UPS1600, available in 10 A, 20 A, and 40 A versions, acts as the base unit and automatically detects battery types. It integrates electronics for intelligent battery management, monitoring battery status, and selecting optimal charging characteristics. The UPS1600 features dynamic overload capabilities suitable for applications with PLCs and industrial PCs. The UPS1100 comprises battery modules of various capacities (1.2 Ah to 12 Ah) using maintenance-free lead-gel or LiFePO batteries. These modules connect to the UPS1600 to provide buffer capacity during power failures. Key features include automatic battery type detection, temperature-controlled charging, comprehensive diagnostics via USB or Ethernet/PROFINET, and high charging currents. The system can also start generators from the battery in stand-alone operation.
