Installation: Must only be carried out by a professional. The fitter is liable for any damage. Hob and cooker: Must only be from the same brand and have the same combination feature.
Work Surface: Level, horizontal, stable.
Fitting and Connecting the Hob: Install and adjust the hob so that it is horizontal. The ceramic plate should be positioned slightly below the work surface. The cooker must be connected to the mains, but switched off.
Securing the Hob: Use a suitable silicon adhesive to fill the gap between the work surface and the ceramic plate. Do not use the appliance until the silicone adhesive has set.
