Troubleshooting and error codes

MalfunctionPossible causeTroubleshooting/Instructions
A beep sounds. The colon on the display flashes. The appliance is in demonstration mode. 1. Press the 123 button. 2. Hold down the P button for 3 seconds. Demonstration mode will be deactivated.
The appliance switches off shortly after starting. The display shows error message "H95". The door was not closed properly. Open and close the door again properly. If this does not help, contact the service department.
The display shows error message "E723". The door was not closed properly. Switch the appliance off and on again using the button.
The display shows error message "Er1". Temperature sensor is faulty. Contact the service department.
The display shows error message "Er11". "Button is sticking" Buttons are dirty or sticking. Press all buttons several times. Wipe the buttons with a dry cloth. Open and close the appliance door. If this does not help, contact the service department.
The display shows error message "Er4". Severe overheating (possibly fire inside). Too high microwave power. Without opening the door, unplug the appliance or switch off the fuse. Allow the appliance to cool down.
The display shows error message "Er18". Technical malfunction. Contact the service department.
