Basic Operation

Switching on the appliance:

Turn the function selector to any position other than "Off".

Setting the type of heating and temperature:

1. Use the function selector to set the type of heating. 2. Use the temperature selector to set the temperature or grill setting. The appliance starts heating. Rapid heating may automatically switch off for certain temperatures. 3. When food is ready, switch off the appliance.

Turn the function selector to the "Off" position.

Rapid Heating

To save time, use rapid heating to shorten the preheat time (for temperatures over 100 °C). 1. Set a suitable heating type and temperature (at least 100 °C). 2. Press the >>> button. Rapid heating automatically switches on at 200 °C and above. 3. Place food in the cooking compartment only after rapid heating has ended.

Time-setting options

Timer:

Runs independently. Set for up to 23 hours and 59 minutes. Does not affect appliance operation.

Cooking time:

Operation stops automatically when time elapses. Set for up to 23 hours and 59 minutes.

End time:

Set the time when operation should end. Appliance starts automatically to finish at the set time.

Time:

Set the current time.

Childproof lock:

Secures the appliance to prevent children from changing settings. Activate/deactivate by pressing and holding the button.

Keeping warm:

Keeps food warm between 85-140 °C for up to 70 hours using Top/bottom heating.

Basic settings:

Configure settings like signal duration, display brightness, and more. Accessed by holding the button.

Programmes:

Automated settings for specific dishes. Select programme number and set weight/food amount.

Cleaning:

Use suitable cleaning agents. Self-cleaning function available for automatic cleaning.

humidClean:

Quick cleaning aid using soapy water evaporation.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Fault Cause and troubleshooting
The appliance is not working. The circuit breaker in the fuse box has tripped. Check the circuit breaker.
There has been a power cut. Check if other appliances are working.
Electronics fault: Disconnect power for 30 seconds, then reset basic settings to factory.
Appliance is not heating, colon flashes and 'd' appears. Demo mode is activated. Disconnect power briefly, then deactivate demo mode by changing basic setting c i 4 to 0.
Appliance door cannot be opened; lights up. Childproof lock is activated. Use the button to deactivate.
Appliance door cannot be opened; lights up. Cleaning function locks the door. Allow appliance to cool down until goes out.
