Basic Operation

Switching the appliance on and off is done with the power button. The appliance may automatically switch off if not used for a period. To start an operation, press the start button. Be aware of water on the cooking compartment floor when operating at high temperatures. Operations can be interrupted and resumed. Various operating modes can be selected by pressing tiles on the display. Settings such as temperature and cooking time can be adjusted. Information about current functions is displayed. The appliance can keep food warm for up to 24 hours.

Rapid Heating

Rapid heating shortens preheating time for temperatures over 100 °C, applicable to 4D hot air and top/bottom heating. Food should only be placed in the oven after rapid heating has ended. The appliance can be set to start at a specific time.

Time-Setting Options

You can set a cooking time or an end time for an operation. A timer can also be set independently.

Steaming

Food can be cooked gently using steam. Various steam heating types are available, including Reheating, Proving dough, Defrosting, Added steam, and Steam jet. The water tank needs to be filled before steam functions. After steam operation, the appliance and water tank should be dried.

Meat Probe

The meat probe allows for precise cooking by measuring the core temperature. It can be used with various heating types and requires correct insertion. Core temperatures for different foods are provided.

Dishes

The 'Dishes' operating mode allows automatic preparation by selecting the optimal settings. This includes options for conventional cooking, cooking with a meat probe, and cooking with steam. Recommended settings for various dishes are available.
